first bath!
i wanted to wait until dave came home tonight to give him a bath, but frankly, jake just smelled way too bad for me to deal with all day. eau de puke is not appealing to my senses.

i couldn't decide which picture i thought was cutest, so here is both:


he was wearing one of those adorable hooded baby towels, but he peed on it faster than i could maneuver a wet baby and a camera.

and this one is just so you can see that jake totally has hockey hair. unfortunate.

so the picture isn't very clear, and jake wasn't cooperating, but i just wanted to share that his icky cord stump fel off. well, got caught in a onesie while i was trying to get jake dressed and was savagely pulled off. there was no blood, and it was ready, but i still felt horrible.
